Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (except Sundays & holidays).

Shipping Charges: Free shipping on orders above ₹999. ₹80 charge below ₹999. COD ₹50 extra.

Delivery Time: Kerala: 2–4 days | South India: 3–6 days | Rest of India: 4–8 days.

Tracking: Tracking ID will be sent via SMS/WhatsApp after dispatch.

Damaged Items: Report within 24 hours with photo proof.
